Quinlan & Cooke Boutique Townhouse, formerly QC’s, situated in the heart of Cahersiveen on Kerry’s spectacular Wild Atlantic Way is a superb place to stay while discovering the natural beauty of South Kerry.
Opened in 2000, it was originally known as a destination seafood bar and restaurant when visiting Kerry, QC’s has been transformed by owner Kate Cooke into the ideal destination for visitors, with the addition of quirky, super comfortable, stylish rooms offering a touch of luxury combined with a homely charm.
Quinlan & Cooke offers the ideal base for guests looking to explore Skellig Michael, Waterville and the Ring of Kerry, all of which are steeped in history, culture and rugged beauty. Experiences of all kinds can be found ranging from the world class golf courses in Waterville, walking and hiking the Kerry Way, genealogy research, cycling and salmon fishing.
Our family run townhouse offers 10 beautiful ensuite guestrooms and a luxurious suite, all individually decorated in a unique and quirky style. For all guests, Quinlan & Cooke offer a unique “breakfast in the room” experience, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast in the privacy and comfort of their own room at their own pace. Our breakfast includes a variety of good foods – freshly baked croissants and breads, which are hung on your door whilst you sleep and from your mini-fridge enjoy a selection of organic fruit compotes with natural yogurt, homemade granola, fresh fruit salad, our own famous Quinlan’s smoked salmon, fresh fruit basket, mineral water, organic juices, Nespresso coffee and herbal teas.

The seafood restaurant at Quinlan & Cooke, QC’s, serves only sustainable fresh, wild Irish local fish, supplied by the family company, Quinlan’s Kerry Fish. Mouth-watering offerings include seafood platters, local crab, sizzling Dingle Bay prawns, pan seared baby squid and the family’s world renowned smoked salmon. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, in all cases it is advisable to call to confirm opening times.
Other facilities available with Quinlan & Cooke include a small well-equipped gymnasium and private car park.
