Vouchers can be exchanged for goods or services, at Quinlan and Cooke Boutique Townhouse and QC's Seafood Restaurant at the time of redemption. Vouchers that have expired, already been redeemed, or have been altered or damaged in any way, will not be accepted. All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost or stolen, used to purchase another voucher, and cannot be resold. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers, protect them as you would cash. Monetary vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for goods and services. No change will be given and any residual balance will remain for later use. Vouchers are valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. The voucher reference must be quoted at the time of booking.
